About the event
We wanted to make more of the evening and having all of the sisters together so we are changing it up a bit this year. As well as the important committee updates and voting in of the committee and vacant spots we will also be having:
* American Supper*
Bring a dish! What way to connect better with our Sisters than to all have food together! We used to have an american supper for the AGM so we're bringing it back. Bring a dish of food to share and a plate and cutlery for yourself to use and enjoy! Modern times, we have the below spreadsheet to add what you're bringing and allergen info, as we don't just want a room of sausage rolls and potato salad (as has previously happened!!) *Guest Speaker*
We have a guest speaker joining us for a session to talk about and discuss the important of having a well fitting sports bra and all things bra in general!
*John Dukes Cup*
We did not move the John Dukes Cup award to the Twixmas party so this award will be presented at the AGM as tradition.
*Extra Mingle Time*
We've allowed for extra time to chat with sisters while enjoying your American Supper!
*Swaps*
Swaps table will be returning! Bring anything running related you no longer use or need, such as kit, accessories, books and see if there is anything else that you need
*Suggestion Box*
As always our suggestion box will be available which will then be taken to the first committee meeting after the AGM.
*Kit*
Pop up Kit shop from Sian to try on and purchase any club kit you want or need (Club top mandatory for CC6 and RR10 events)
*Shoe Donation*
Bring any old worn out trainers that you have replaced and no longer use, we will be donating them to a charity that refurbishes them and send them to those that need shoes.
