Why join the Solent Running sisters?
We are a friendly group of female runners who love to run together whether it is a social chatty run, a training session or a race. We offer runs in different locations in Southampton, Chandlers Ford and Eastleigh with monthly track sessions and we organise fun social runs for our members for example in August 2022 we ran the Monopoly board in London and in 2023 we ran the London Bridges.
We love to support all the Sisters in our group whether it is buddying up on couch to 5k to cheering on along an Ultra Marathon route, no sister is ever left behind.
If you think you'd like to join us, come along for a couple of taster sessions so you can check that we're the right club for you. Check out our Club Runs page to see when & where we meet so you can pop along. Let us know via our email/Facebook/Twitter/Instagram if you're coming along for the first time so we can look out for you to give you a warm welcome.
Read our FAQs and use the membership joining form below to join us.
Once you have become a member you can join the website and access the member sections.
We look forward to meeting you
